Dorothée Laurencin, Yoga teacher with several diplomas in traditional Yoga teaching as well as the alliance with more modern methods, RYT-250 hours Hatha Yoga, RYT-300 Therapeutic and multi-style Yoga, RYT-60 Yin Yoga and RYT-200 hours Soulful Vinyasa Yoga, all certified Yoga Alliance.
Sessions of:
– Hatha Yoga, a practice combining muscle strengthening and stretching, while connecting the breath with the movement during the sequence of various postures which are held for several breaths with a focus on alignment in each of them.
– Yin Yoga, a gentler, slower practice where postures, mainly on the ground, are held for several minutes, targeting work on the joints, connective tissues and meridians, always with the combination of breath and movement.
– Vinyasa Yoga: a more dynamic practice, always combining muscle strengthening and stretching. We link a breath, a movement, the postures follow one another in a fluid manner.
– Therapeutic yoga (private lessons only) combining the various techniques mentioned above, as well as meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. A practice aimed at improving one’s health by using the tools of yoga and adapting tailor-made sessions according to each person’s needs.
All Yoga sessions include a time for meditation, a time for pranayama exercises (breathing techniques), a series of postures and a final complete relaxation.
It is with kindness, rigor and passion that I transmit my knowledge to you and try to illuminate the path towards the union between body, breath and mind.
