Alain, a hiking guide and resident of Auris, organizes this hike for curious foodies. Walking from hamlet to hamlet, three gourmet stops await you along the way. Namely, Les Cours (Course) for the main course, followed by dessert at La Balme and a coffee break at Les Châtains. At each break, the guide, local chefs, and residents of Auris share stories and tales about the lives of the inhabitants of today and the past. A unique and friendly way to discover the charm and authenticity of these hamlets located opposite the Oisans glaciers!
