Thai massage includes acupressure and stretching techniques with palmar pressure, thumb, elbow, forearm, knees and feet. Without oil. Global technique to calm tensions from the feet to the head. Pressure on muscle areas, harmonization of the vertebrae, specific stretches.
Dorsal, ventral and side position then sitting.
My sports massage is a mixture of Otoscope Manual Therapy techniques, muscle tension relief and more or less intensive massages on areas of tension.
The comfort or well-being massage is a gentle overall massage on areas predefined with the person being massaged.
Orthopedic Manual Therapy is indicated among other things for back, cervical or lumbar problems, joint blockage, reharmonization of the vertebrae or other joints, etc.
