For an hour, we will take the time to anchor ourselves. By concentrating on our breathing, always accompanied and guided by Thile with attention, this brings us to a state of internalization. The course takes place crescendo. We learn a movement in dynamics to arrive at a posture in statics. We will do inversions, balances, stretches, lateral bends, rotations, bends, supports. Everyone accesses these movements in an adapted way, beginners as practitioners, for all ages in all simplicity. The last quarter of an hour is devoted to a moment of meditation.
