Because sometimes it is difficult to move or simply by choice, I offer to accompany you in yoga directly in your place of residence. Whether you are passing through or resident in Oisans, I travel to give you yoga sessions adapted to your needs and desires.
Working on the relationship between the body (movement), the mind (thought) and breathing (breath) will be the heart of the session.
