Physical condition: good physical condition
Equipment provided: technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, carabiners, etc.)
Equipment to bring: sneakers or climbing shoes (can be rented from the “La Montagne Sport” store in Bourg d'Oisans) + pants + windbreaker or fleece + bring a backpack with water (min 1l/person) + snacks such as cereal bars + sunscreen.
Once your reservation is made, the guides office will contact you to confirm the outing and finalize the organization.
