Equipment provided: technical equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, carabiners, etc.)
Equipment to bring: sneakers or climbing shoes (rental possible at the “La Montagne Sport” store in Bourg d'Oisans) + trousers + windbreaker or fleece + bring a backpack with water (min 1l/person) + snacks such as cereal bars + sunscreen.
