For this Enduro outing you must master all the techniques of mountain biking (Braking, Balance, Crossing, Commitment, Gear changes, etc.)

Terrain: Descent on technical trails and single track.
Procedure: Group of 5 people maximum. Departure at 9 a.m. for a return around 12 p.m.

The participant must be at least 1m tall to be comfortable on the VTTAE.
Equipment: Bring sports shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses and a windbreaker. Don't forget to take water and cereal bars.
