Caroline is a psycho-sociologist, and author of the book "Stillness in Action" (in translation). Deeply passionate, she helps people to connect with their own inner strength and wisdom, to easily access fluidity and ease in everyday life, in order to bring more energy and vitality into their lives and work.

It all starts on the Lauvitel Lodge “Deck” with movements dedicated to awakening the presence in your body. The present energy and the desire of the group can guide the choice of the element of nature to explore to reconnect us with its basic energies. The possibilities are: wood, water, earth, and “human presence”.
Two hours of sensory exploration and sharing the pure joy of being in the wilderness. Caroline accompanies you on the secret paths around the Lauvitel Lodge and guides you in the perception of the different energies of the surrounding elements. She also shares her wisdom and passion for the relationship between man and nature. This exceptional site offers a unique chance to connect intimately with the beauty, tranquility, power, gentleness and wisdom of nature.
