Randonnée journée – Vallon de la Lavey – Parc National des Ecrins

Starting from the Vénéon Valley, this hike is a journey to the heart of the Ecrins National Park! A journey that will take us to the mountain pastures of the upper Lavey valley and its magnificent little refuge, where we will be surrounded by many peaks culminating at more than 3500 meters. Wild flora and fauna are among the great riches of the National Park.

Difficulty: 11.5km and 590m of D+

To bring: a water bottle (1.5L/person). Something to nibble on to avoid hypoglycemia, sunscreen, sunglasses, a rain jacket and vest and a picnic lunch. Possibility of having a coffee at the Lavey refuge (bring some change)
