Sortie en alpage – À la rencontre du berger – Besse

With a guide, set off on a hike to meet the herds to discover the mountain pastures and understand the shepherd's job. Then all you have to do is lace up your boots and climb up to meet them, with family or friends, to enjoy the idyllic setting, the guide's explanations, the time spent chatting with the shepherd, and the closeness with the herd.

This activity is offered to you by the Maison des Alpages de l'Isère, as part of the Alpages Outings which will take place throughout the summer, departing from different villages.

Good physical condition required.
Bring a picnic, 1,5L of water per person.
Hiking shoes or sneakers with crampons.
Sunscreen, hat or cap.
Windbreaker or warm jacket.
Walking sticks if you wish.

Meet at 9 a.m. in front of the Maison des Alpages.
