A gradual approach over several sessions devoted to the different aspects of yoga: postural practice, exploration of breathing, internalization, meditation
A gradual approach over several sessions devoted to the different aspects of yoga: postural practice, exploration of breathing, internalization, meditation
Treat yourself to the experience of a more sustained practice by participating in at least 3 sessions
in the same week.
As the sessions progress, the benefits of regular and gradual practice
are perceptible both on the physical and respiratory level as well as on the mental level.
Almost daily practice creates favorable conditions for deeper exploration
the different aspects of yoga and progress, develop and refine one's perceptions
and knowledge.
By “knowledge” I mean knowledge acquired through experience, whether it be that
asanas (postures), pranayama (exploration of the breath), pratihara (internalization),
dharana (presence or state of attention) and dhyana (meditation).
All these aspects of yoga converge in the same direction and contribute to a greater
great self-knowledge.

1 non-slip mat, 2 bricks, 1 strap (3m), and if possible 1 bolster.
