Stages Millet – Stages ski compétition
Combined ski competition and multi-activity courses.

In the programme :
-Morning: slalom/giant/parallel and educational training
-Afternoon: physical preparation adapted to skiing (core strengthening, muscle strengthening, speed, slackline, supports, rollerblading, team sports), trampoline, rafting, hiking, personalized video feedback water slide, equipment maintenance, etc.
In the event of conditions preventing the glacier from opening, other activities will replace skiing (paddle, climbing, via ferrata, water skiing, archery, bowling, laser game, etc.).
The coaches, all state-qualified:
Anne MILLET, Former member of the French teams, professional skier in the United States.
Jessica MILLET-GOUCHOE, 2 sixth places in the Skicross World Cup, only female finalist in the 2022 Instructors’ Challenge Slalom.
Valentin DECARLIS, experienced coach and former FIS competitor.
Marie Astrid Barthet, a sportswoman at heart and a former Millet internship intern.
