Physical condition: good physical condition – athletic
Equipment provided: technical equipment (harness, helmet, double lanyard with shock absorber and carabiners)
Equipment to bring: suitable sportswear + windbreaker or fleece - basketball/hiking shoes + small backpack with water (min 1l/pers.) + snacks such as cereal bars + sunscreen.
Once your reservation is made, the guides office will contact you to confirm the outing and finalize the organization.
