Yoga & marche yogique – Bien-être et soins Souffle de Sagesse
Souffle de Sagesse offers yoga classes (different styles), yoga walking, Ayurvedic massages, sound massages with Tibetan bowls and Reiki energy treatments.
After several stays in India where I studied the basics of HATHA YOGA and AYURVEDIC MASSAGES and REIKI Master, I created the association Souffle de Sagesse in order to share my knowledge.
Always wanting to progress, I regularly continue to train with various schools and masters, in France or abroad (special yoga for back pain, prenatal and postnatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, Kundalini yoga, Shakti dance yoga, chair yoga, senior yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, etc.).
I graduated from the Vedaguru school in India, as well as from YOGA ALLIANCE and KRI (Kundalini Research Institute).
And most recently certified in Laughter Yoga by the French Institute of Laughter Yoga.
YOGA is a cleansing process, which helps to purify, connect and unify our mind and body. This union brings harmony, pleasure and inner peace.
The course is conducted gently with asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing) and relaxation, followed by meditation or recitation of mantras depending on the type of yoga. It is Hatha Yoga, sometimes Kundalini Yoga, or Yin Yoga, the sessions are then more or less fluid, fast, slow, relaxing or intense and last about 1h15.
Special parent/child sessions for a fun time together.
SHAKTI DANCE Yoga Classes: Yoga offers a spiritual approach to life, dance expresses creative energy through the body, Shakti energy is our feminine energy. Through dance and yoga, we will explore breathing, music and movement, working our seven energy centers, the chakras and their elements.
YOGIC WALK: a mini walk with mindfulness, breathing, yoga postures, meditation, mantras and relaxation.
The session begins with a short moment of refocusing, a few breaths and then some stretching to gently wake up the body. Then a short easy walk in full awareness, meditative, embellished with several body exercises, some yoga postures, specific breathing and even fun moments.
The activity takes place outdoors and lasts approximately 1 hour.
You just need to be equipped to walk for 1 hour outside.
Various group classes and different styles of yoga offered in the morning or evening in Les Deux Alpes and Mont de Lans.

For more personal relaxation and deep relaxation during wellness sessions, I also offer MASSAGES with hot oils from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, sound massages with Tibetan bowls or also REIKI energy treatments.
