Yoga Vinyasa
Yoga classes in the heart of theAlpe d'Huez and its surroundings. Join me to connect mind, body, and spirit in a revitalizing environment. Private or group classes are available outdoors (on a mountain terrace or in nature) or indoors.
Certified RYT-200 Yoga Alliance yoga teacher, I offer Vinyasa Yoga classes, an energetic practice based on movement, harmonized and initiated by breathing.
The practices follow a sequence of postures, while working on body alignment.
Classes take place outdoors in a magnificent setting in the middle of the mountains or indoors.
I also offer Yin classes (gentle yoga), as well as children's and parent/child yoga sessions.
