Yoga – Yogaltitude
YOGALTITUDE offers group or private yoga classes: Hatha & Dynamic yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, Kids yoga, prenatal and postnatal, Acor yoga, etc.
Yogaltitude was created in Les Deux Alpes by its founder Lucie, a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified yoga teacher. Lucie studied yoga in India where she obtained her international diploma in Rishikesh/ India (the mecca of yoga), and later deepened her knowledge in Mysore/ India (the country of origin of Ashtanga vinyasa joga) with the obtaining of an advanced diploma.
During her apprenticeship, she also had the opportunity to study therapeutic yoga, yoga for pregnant and postnatal women, as well as acro yoga.
Later, she completed her training with yoga for children. Regularly continuing to train with various schools and masters, in France or abroad. In progress Traditional Hatha Tantra yoga, The teaching is based on a lineage, transmitted from master to student for thousands of years in an uninterrupted chain of personal transmission.
Classes take place in a studio or outdoors.
But they also take place in the middle of nature in a garden with a magnificent view of the mountains or on the lake pontoon (summer) or on a terrace at an altitude of 2400 m.
Yogaaltitude offers group, private or group classes, but also during events.
Classes are open to all levels.
Places are limited, remember to reserve yours.
Registration minimum 24 hours before the course, the course is open with a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 12 students.

Thursday at 10:30 am outdoors on the sunny terrace 1650m or 2400m – dynamic yoga
+ special program during school holidays! Family yoga, acro yoga, candle light, solstice, moon class
Summer program:
Monday: opposite La Muzelle at 18:30 p.m.
Tuesday: yoga & lunch terrace 2400m Diable au Cœur at 10:45 a.m.
Wednesday :
-yoga-pool at 10am at the La Belle Etoile hotel
-yoga on the water at the pontoon of Lac du Chambon at 18:30 p.m.
Sunday: yoga-breakfast-pool at Chalet Mounier at 8:30 a.m.
