A vast area that offers trails of all colors, from green to black, but not only! It is distinguished by a multitude of natural trails for enduro, All mountain and X-country type practices.
La Grave
An atypical case, as is often the case La Grave, because there's no bike park here, strictly speaking. There are no level tracks or safety features, but trails carved out by local bikers to offer their own version of mountain biking. A space reserved for experienced mountain bikers.

The rather steep relief of Oisans even allows for technical trails intended for experienced mountain bikers. The routes can be practiced throughout the “beautiful season”, from May to the end of October depending on the weather, and are accessible without ski lifts.
