Synopsis:
After acclimatizing to the vibrant atmosphere of Kathmandu, Kilian Bron and his team hit the road to the remote Dolpo region.
There, far from the beaten track, their journey unfolds between vertiginous lines and isolated villages frozen in time. A raw and authentic adventure, filled with unknowns, risks, and discoveries. The very essence of travel in a valley rich in history.
This project is based on three essential pillars: isolation, humanity, and a return to the roots of adventure. Much more than a simple immersion, it highlights the often overwhelming realities of the country and the current challenges of a valley like Dolpo. Isolated, but for how much longer?
Kilian and his team don't just observe. They meet the children, discover their daily lives, and question the meaning of their presence there. How can they get involved in a fair and meaningful way? How can they faithfully convey the intensity of this adventure and share its essence with the world?
This journey is not just a quest for incredible mountain bike rides; it is a deeper exploration, a continuous search for meaning and sharing.
