Conference organized in partnership with the Richesses Culturelles de l'Oisans (RCO) association as part of the centenary of the 1925 International Exhibition of "White Coal" and Tourism. Jacques Julliard is a retired executive of Schneider Electric, Vice-President of the Encyclopedia of the Environment and Energy, member of the board of directors of the Association for the Heritage and History of Industry in Dauphiné, as well as a volunteer and lecturer at the Inter-Ages University of Dauphiné. A friendly drink is offered at the end of the conference.
