A unique balance bike race for children aged between 2 and 5 years old. A sporting, fair-play and friendly gathering.
The concept: balance bike race for all children aged between 2 and 5 years old.
The race takes place in parallel with the Trophée Enduro des Alpes VTT. The track is accessible from Sunday morning, warm-ups start at 10am and the first waves start at 10am. “Family” activities will also be offered by the resort in parallel with the race.
Process:
– Welcoming children and presentation of the frame plaque: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
– Track identification and warm-ups 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
– Progressive departure of waves of 5 or 6 children depending on their age category
– The first 2 or 3 of each wave qualify for the next round until the final
– Official podiums with the first 3 in each category
Regardless of their ranking, all children will receive: a frame plaque, a souvenir medal for each stage and small gifts. A snack is also included in the registration fee.
The number of places is limited to 50 children maximum for this stage (registration required). Balance bikes and helmets can be loaned to children who do not yet have equipment.
The aim of this event is to promote the practice of sport (and in particular cycling) among children and for all those registered to have a good time. The notion of competition is very little present and we convey messages around conviviality, fair play and exchange to all children.
