Fête des Foins

Program for these days under the sign of conviviality and traditions:
Saturday August 2: Presentation and demonstration of old-fashioned trades, catering, refreshments and bingo.
3 Sunday August
8 a.m. meeting with the breeders and their herds at the foot of the cable car Venosc village followed by breakfast, a storyteller will speak and sheaves of wheat will be distributed in the church square
9:30 a.m. open-air mass at Broua de Venosc
10:30 a.m. Parade in period costumes along Avenue de la Muzelle, 12 p.m. country aperitif offered by the town on Place des 2 Alpes and lunch with the flavors of the Hay Festival on the festival site but also in various restaurants in Les 2 Alpes.
All day long: wooden games, presentation and demonstration of Autan crafts, folk groups, horse-drawn carriage rides (Mérens horses), refreshments, garage sales, sale of regional products, and above all demonstrations of practices from yesteryear.
