Jay' Aim is an indie musician with pop, folk, and electro influences. His debut album, released in May 2023, features introspective lyrics, rich with unifying choruses and soaring guitars, mostly in English. Alone on stage with his guitar and powerful rhythmic sequences, this authentic artist with a smooth voice touches with his sincerity.
At first, music was an escape, a solitary pastime that allowed him to express his emotions and sensibilities. At that time, he listened to a lot of "Nirvana" and "JJ Cale," which were true revelations.
This is how the artist gradually discovered himself, extracting from nothing his first original melodies, catalyzed by a guitar on which he wore out his knuckles. The lyrics, most often in English, seem to better fit his style and his influences.
Between melancholic folk ballads and groovy, upbeat pop songs, his unifying refrains remain in his head. He therefore began to self-produce his first demos on a small 12-track recorder.
