Projection de film et échange avec la réalisatrice Véronique Lapied
Screening of the film “The fabulous story of the bearded vulture”, followed by a discussion with the director Véronique LAPIED.
– Screening of the film “The fabulous story of the bearded vulture” by Lapied. With its carnival face, its devilish eye and its giant wingspan, the bearded vulture had everything it needed to become a legend. This bone-breaking vulture, exterminated in the Alps at the beginning of the twentieth century, is once again flying over our mountains. But its return is no accident. Two biologists, one French, the other Swiss, tell us the customs and the fabulous story of this extraordinary bird of prey. The bearded vulture is part of the largest bird protection and conservation program in Europe. But in the fragile balance of nature, nothing is ever won. What threats still weigh on this vulture? A human challenge at the heart of the animal world that shows that, when he wants to, man is capable of changing things. At the end of the film, meet and chat with Véronique Lapied.
