But what are all these fish doing swimming up the Vénéon? A workshop show with local artists.
Show produced as part of the centenary of the Grenoble Universal Exhibition of Tourism and White Coal.
But what are all these fish doing going up the Vénéon? They have so much to tell you, to sing to you, to tell you... If the current passes, they will tell you that here in Oisans, water and electricity sometimes go well together! And they will be all ears to hear your water stories... On the village square in a room in a public garden... the decor is set: the Parasolapluie made by artists and craftsmen in Oisans. Around the theme of water and white coal in Oisans, the words are sung, read, spoken. In duos or trios, the voices mingle, accompanied by various instruments (guitar, tamboia, hang-drum, percussion, clarinet). Around the show, poetry and musical writing workshops are offered. Then the show sets off again, enriched by new texts. Thus, the words of the Vénéon mingle with those of other valleys so that our villages speak to each other, say each other, tell each other.
A show by and starring Sophie Martin-Hautinguiraut. With Frédéric Deschodt, Maud Mallet-Henry, and Ugo Martin for the duo and trio versions and musical arrangements.
