Community Slaughterhouse of Bourg d'Oisans
This former municipal slaughterhouse has been rehabilitated (extension and renovation of the cutting room, roof repair, etc.) and taken over by the Oisans Community of Communes since July 2019.
The slaughterhouse received CE standard certification in 2010 and Organic Agriculture certification in 2022.
In total, 30 to 40 operators use the slaughterhouse.
