Sylvain JOSSERAND took over the bakery at the end of October 2016. Since then, he has been working with his family and offers breads, special breads, pastries and artisanal cakes every day. He also offers macaroons, chocolates and for the holidays Yule logs, king cakes, Easter chocolates... On order, he can make cakes, wedding cakes, mini pastries...
