Elferv'sens "le Bien-être par le son"
Through friendly workshops, embark on a state of well-being through music and sound vibration.
No need to be a musician!
No need to be a musician!
Musician (accordion, piano), facilitator of Musical Mediation Workshops, Christèle offers you a moment of sharing accessible to all people who would like to explore the resonances and benefits of sound vibration. The workshops are built on game sessions with instruments that are called "intuitive" such as Tambourines, Maracas, Rainsticks... It is therefore not necessary to know how to play an instrument!
During the workshops, the group can Sing, Dance, Laugh and also Relax through small personalized relaxation sessions... The objective of this time of sharing is to try to bring the participants to a state of well-being through Music and Sound Vibration.
Always take the best of the Vibration that surrounds you to live it, smile and feel, just: GOOD.
Christele holds ADVF training for people with disabilities which complements her certification as a Music Mediator.

“Sporty, casual outfit, above all, make yourself comfortable, however you feel!
Remember to take a bottle of water (or more than a bottle).
Bring a pair of comfortable shoes, like slippers or small sneakers or even socks. But don't take the risk of hurting yourself by slipping during some of our musical movements.
