Sylvain JOSSERAND took over the bakery in July 2020. Since then, he has been working with his family and offers breads, specialty breads, pastries and artisanal cakes every day. He also offers macaroons, chocolates and for the holidays, Yule logs, king cakes, Easter chocolates, etc. On order, he can make cakes, wedding cakes, mini pastries, etc.
