Intercommunal study and programming union for the development of the Ferrand valley. (Communes of Besse in Oisans, Clavans in Haut Oisans, Mizoën).
The union aims to provide different types of services for its residents and to develop the attractiveness of its territory.
It manages school services in the Ferrand Valley: transport, canteen, daycare and also meal delivery for dependent people. It also sets up animation and tourism development projects.
