Snowboard Lessons and Camps in groups of 6 people maximum and private ones of 5 people maximum.

Snowboard Discovery> discover the Snowboard equipment learn how to use it, know the technical vocabulary, get used to your position, find your balance, slide on the slope, know how to stop find your balance in motion, skid with the snowboard from left to right in support transfer
Intermediate Snowboard > Skidding turn with support transfer on medium slope, sequence of skidding turns by extension on steep slope, rocking turns conducted using the shape of the snowboard
Independent Snowboard > Trigger skidded turns by extension on medium slopes, powder snow and in moguls. Rocker turn with basic attitude that compensates for centrifugal force. Be able to increase speed by taking an angle. Be able to actively oppose centrifugal force. Carved turns by extension, actively linked them with dynamic extension when changing support. Carved turns by flexion, dynamic unloading when transferring the edge. Footwork, triggering short turns dynamically driven and changing support without vertical movement. Freeride techniques: approach to sliding on unprepared and unsecured slopes.

Freeride Alpe d'Huez Large area and Satellite Stations Safety equipment provided.
Snowkiting on a Snowboard for 2 people maximum.
Discovery course: theoretical topo, environmental activity spot, set up, safety check, traction zone piloting, first slide.
Intermediate stage folding unfolding, use of relief.
Independent internship exploring the area, discovering the possibilities of the activity
