Sophie Dode works in her studio located a few minutes from Les 2 Alpes.
Between landscape and abstraction, his creativity is nourished by the landscapes that surround us, the mountain, its lights, nature through the seasons.
The “landscape” then becomes a springboard, from which this artist launches towards form, color, movement….
On the edge of the mountain landscape, Sophie Dode magnificently translates our multiple emotions when faced with Mother Nature.
Sophie lovingly produces her own paints, based on acrylic and pigments, and as often as possible plant resins, taking care to decant the water used in her practice, respecting the beauty of her small high mountain village.

-A selected work is also exhibited year-round at the La Muzelle Real Estate Agency. 2 rue du Grand Plan, Les 2 Alpes.
