As a sports instructor with the state diploma of mountain guide (AeM) as my first string to my bow, I organize hikes on foot or on snowshoes, in summer and winter, for the day or on the move. I can help you discover the fauna and flora of the natural environment but also its cultural heritage. I can also give you plenty of advice to prepare your hike or your first trek or night in the mountains. As a passionate gardener, I am training in particular in the gathering of wild plants. I can also offer to introduce you to a more meditative practice of walking by focusing on your breathing and your senses.

A jack-of-all-trades sportsman, I also have the string of multi-sport sports instructor to my bow (BPJEPS Physical Activity for All trainee with CS climbing in preparation) to help you discover outdoor activities (climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, etc.), sports games (ball, racket, etc.) or well-being.
