Continue the OBP 242 walk to the village of Huez through the Huez forest.
Difficult passage on the descent

– Prefer high-top shoes to sneakers on mountain trails
– Bring rain gear (the weather changes quickly in the mountains), sunglasses, a hat or cap, sunscreen, a bottle of water (or baby bottle), and a snack
– Do not go too high in altitude with a baby under 1 year old (risk of ear infection)
– Stay well hydrated (especially children)
– Choose walks adapted to the children’s age (duration, elevation)
– Take regular breaks

– Protected plants, wildlife, and minerals are part of the landscape. They must be respected.
– Take all your rubbish with you. Recycling containers are available at the station.
– It is recommended to keep your dogs on a leash.
– During your hikes, you may come across cow pens. Please remember to close them after your visit.
– You may encounter flocks of sheep grazing. Guard dogs are there to protect them. They are not trained to be aggressive, but they are trained to be a deterrent.
