La Crête du Bras- n°3 – Vert
This loop of 11 kilometers and 736 meters of elevation will allow you to climb crescendo in the practice of positive and negative elevation.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Duration: 1 hour to 3 hours

Minimum altitude: 1200 m

ROUTE
Turn right when leaving the Tourist Office towards the forest, then the first path on the left allows you to take a path under the woods above the road to the ridge between Oz and Villard Reculas. Take the time to manage this very steep climb which takes you to the top of the Grande Sure. A stop is strongly recommended at the orientation table.
Your next objective is the radar located on the other side of the mountain with a view of Alpe d'Huez on one side, Villard Reculas on the other and the high peaks of Oisans in front of you.
To go back down you cross the pine forest then the famous panoramic path which overlooks Lac du Langaret and Villard Reculas.
THE “LITTLE EXTRA”: The panoramic trail
A path along the mountainside that connects Villard Reculas to Alpe d'Huez, it is an essential hiking spot in the summer but closed in the winter as it is right in the middle of avalanche corridors.
