La forêt du Puy – Rando
Pleasant loop through a Scots pine forest which does not prevent you from enjoying a clear view of the Romanche valley. After a gradual climb, steeper descent in bends.
The path will take you to the ancient hamlet of Puy, from where the view is breathtaking over the Bourg d'Oisans plain and the Grandes Rousses massif.
All in the forest, the route is a wise choice in case of strong heat. Autumn is also an ideal colorful season.

ROUTE
Join the Bourg-d'Oisans college gymnasium on the left at the end of rue St-Antoine. The path starts to the right of the gymnasium and begins by crossing the bed of the Alberts torrent.
The route crosses by climbing gently between the Scots pines before descending in tight bends to La Paute. The return to the plain runs along the Prégentil cliff by a small path to the center of Bourg-d'Oisans.
