La Garde-en-Oisans sentier en balcon jusqu’aux Sures
A committed balcony path and a beautiful day of walking to feast your eyes!

Departure: park at L'Armentier Le Haut

ROUTE
The path gradually climbs along the cliff before climbing in a few switchbacks to the ridge. Then, we turn due west, to continue the climb along the edge of the forest before overlooking Auris-en-Oisans and its station. The trail continues its gradual climb to Les Sures.
Take a breather, have a picnic, admire… what a reward! The path is steep and there is a risk of falling (avoid it in the rain)

– Numerous chapels: the Chapel of the Angels, some of whose objects are listed in the inventory of historical monuments, or the Chapel of Saint-Jean-Baptiste, whose wooden bell tower makes it special.
– All the oratories preserved.
– The Romanesque church.
