La ronde des lacs

Huez
Between the Eau d'Olle valley and the Petites Rousses plateau, this walk will take you from lake to lake: Lake Besson, mirror of the Grandes Rousses, Lake Noir, a little out of the way and wild, and the lake Square. Take advantage of the setting for a picnic!
Accessible from Alpe-d'Huez (or Oz station via the Poutran cable car), on foot, by car or by cable car.
From Alpe-d'Huez, at the roundabout of the slopes, you follow the road of the lakes (on foot or by car) until you reach Lake Besson where you can park and eat or have a picnic if you wish.
From the Alpe-d'Huez roundabout of the slopes, take the cable car to the first section. From there, a marked footpath leads towards Lake Besson.
Don't hesitate to take a tour of the Brandes archaeological site. It is a medieval archaeological site classified as a historical monument. This silver mining village from the 12th and 14th centuries is freely accessible with explanatory panels.
