La Ville > l'Armentier – Rando
From one hamlet to another, this route passes above the cliffs of the Sarenne waterfall before climbing into the forest between Armentier and the City.
Between plains and mountain pastures, between Bourg d'Oisans and theAlpe d'Huez, the village of La Garde is perched on the slopes of the Grandes Rousses massif. A rugged but green terrain, where the paths play on the playful relief of Oisans.

ROUTE
Park in the hamlet of La Ville, just after the town hall, near the wash house. Take the road that climbs on the left and turns into a path. The route crosses a charming undergrowth while staying cool, at times the view opens up onto the start of the Ecrins massif and the Prégentil cliff which overlooks Bourg-d'Oisans.
The path arrives at Armentier le bas. After enjoying the charm of its old houses, go back up the road, take the road to La Roche sur
100 m then take the path to the left of the road which goes up to the hamlet of Carte Haute. Another path goes up to the left in the hamlet, follow it until the intersection with another path, at the level of an oratory. Follow the path on the left which joins La Ville all in the forest.
