Le Piret depuis Oulles – Rando
Oulles is one of those small hilltop villages that Oisans holds the secret to. And the path that leads to Piret is the opportunity for a short hike to a clear viewpoint. From there, you will be captivated by the panorama… Remember to bring binoculars!
An easy stroll for a breath of fresh air! Discover the village ofOulles, climb up to Piret and, why not, continue on the other side towards La Buffe to make the pleasure last!

ROUTE
At the start ofOulles, park at the wash house. First, start with a short visit to the village, the smallest in Isère, by taking the road that starts from the wash house. Cross the village and at the end join the road that you go down for 100 m. Then take the path that goes up to the left. About 1 km further you arrive at Piret.
The view quickly clears and you can soak up a wide panorama of peaks that opens up before you.

– the road that climbs to Oulles appreciates… Its creation was a challenge! Indeed, what a challenge to find a path in this verticality.
– The clear view of the Oisans massifs: Belledonne, Rissiou, Grandes Rousses, Ecrins…
TO KNOW
– Mountain bikers, you can continue beyond Piret by setting off on the Malaine trail which runs between the trees with its 84 tight hairpin bends (red level in the Oisans mountain bike guide, detailed itinerary 700 m of D- over 2,5 km)
- From Oulles You can also climb to the Taillefer refuge, from up there the view is even more… panoramic! (700 m D+ in 2h30).
