From the Lautaret pass, head towards the Alpe et Chamoissière refuge and the Col d'Arsine.
Go around the Laurichard pyramid on your right to follow the only path which gently climbs up a balcony towards the Belvédère de l’Homme.
After the wooden gate, the path becomes a little steeper, but protected by handrails.
Continue towards the Refuge de l'Alpe and Chamoissière. The return is by the same path.
