Marking precision: At the top of the conveyor belt behind the Tourist Office, follow the track on your right (about 150m). At the crossroads between paths and tracks, take the direction “Alpe d'Huez / Les Lacs / Combe de Poutran”. The path starts at the edge of the forest and climbs steadily through the fir trees. At the next intersection, turn right towards “Pré de la Pierre”. Once on the flat area at the summit, continue right at the crow's foot. The clearing of “Pré de la Pierre” is 50m away. The path gradually descends across the field and enters the forest again. After several minutes of winding descent, you reach a track that takes you back to the starting point (Pré Raynaud) on the right.
