Le tour du lac du Verney
At the start ofAllemond, this loop around Lake Verney takes you to the enchanting setting of the Eau d'Olle valley. Nestled between the Belledonne and Grandes Rousses mountain ranges, the valley rises towards the passes of Glandon and Croix de Fer.
From the RD526/RD43 crossroads, follow the RD526 for approximately 2 km towards Rochetaillée.
Before the bridge over the Romanche, turn left towards the hamlets of Raffour and La Beurrière, continue to climb and take the small road to Boulangeard.
Before the village of Oz-en-Oisans, go back down towards Lake Verney via the RD44a to join the RD526.
Turn right and head towards Rivier-d'Allemond and col de la Croix de Fer where the difference in altitude increases sharply.
Turn left towards the hamlet of Villaret via the RD43.
You thus arrive quietly until Allemond on the RD526.
