Take the time to discover the panorama by taking advantage of the facilities along the trail. A more difficult and aerial variation is available (very difficult level).
– Prefer high-top shoes to sneakers on mountain trails
– Bring rain gear (the weather changes quickly in the mountains), sunglasses, a hat or cap, sunscreen, a bottle of water (or baby bottle), and a snack
– Do not go too high in altitude with a baby under 1 year old (risk of ear infection)
– Stay well hydrated (especially children)
