Oxygen Experience – Le Sappey
Day hike through mountain pastures, forests and unique viewpoints over the surrounding valleys and peaks.
Day hike – Difficult level – Access: Vallée Blanche telemix
Outing time: 4 hours − 10,5 km descent
1. VALLÉE BLANCHE TELEMIX: board the Vallée Blanche telemix cabins heading to an altitude of 2100m
2. COL DE MAIS: A few hundred meters below the telemix, take the path on the right at the pass to plunge down facing the Romanche valley
3. LE SAPPEY: After a beautiful descent, the route turns left towards Le Sappey. Enjoy a superb view of the Vénéon valley.
3. LA MOLIÈRE: After retracing your steps, there follows a long crossing through the forest to La Molière
4. LES 2 ALPES: All that remains is to return to Les 2 Alpes, still on shaded paths.
