The Bérarde road, a journey in itself, penetrates into the heart of the Ecrins massif and provides access, as soon as the snowplough can pass, to a myriad of routes, possibilities, and connections that will make your head spin.
Little running in the Vallée des Étages, dominated by the Pointe du Vallon des Étages, but it is wild and little traveled: the reward for a long approach before finding yourself at the foot of the faces!
HIKING SUGGESTION

– Col de Clot Châtel (3243 m) + 1660 m
Once out of the lock at around 1800 m, the view of the valley will give you wings to reach the steep part of the pass. The descent is often very pleasant and allows you to alternate between large curves and small bends on very playful terrain.
