In 45 minutes from Grenoble or 1h30 from Lyon, you are at AllemondThe road ends there to reach the Alpe d'Huez grand domaine. The new valley lift ensures the end of the journey by now joining Oz-en-Oisans then Alpe d'Huez or Vaujany.

A RESPONSE TO A CONCERN FOR SOFT MOBILITY
Reducing traffic on mountain roads, which are sometimes complicated by snow, is a concern of local officials and mountain lovers alike.

By ensuring a fast, secure and environmentally friendly connection between the valley and the high-altitude resorts, theEau d’Olle Express concretely encourages the evolution of travel practices which aim for a zero carbon mountain.

Add to that a bus connection from Grenoble train station to Allemond on weekends and during school holidays, and a free shuttle between Bourg-d'Oisans and Allemond for holidaymakers and residents of the plain, and the cars stay in the parking lot!
