Tour Gourmand

Departure along the Vénéon in a valley floor atmosphere that we quickly leave to spend a first night in the mountain pastures at the friendly Alpe du Pin refuge and its organic and local cuisine. Already, in the mountain pastures, the path starts again flat on a balcony before descending through a beautiful forest to reach the neighboring valley of Lavey, its glaciers, its high peaks, its welcoming refuge and its delicious world cuisine. After a restorative night, the climb to the Lac des Fétoules reveals a superb belvedere. You will then have to dive towards the valley and reach the sunny side, its hardwoods and the warm mountain cuisine of the Arias gîte. The long day the next day will require energy because it is entirely devoted to the Plat de la Selle, the highest point of the week at 2 m above sea level and its unrivaled panorama of the Vénéon valley. A mountainous passage on the descent allows you to reach the heights of St-Christophe and its hotels to taste the village specialty: Crozets. Perfect starting point to attack the last day, rather easy with its pretty balcony path that winds between the old cultivation terraces of the hamlet of Puy. A final fairly steep descent then allows you to reach the Plan du Lac, the starting and finishing point of the loop.
