Via Ferrata de la cascade de La Fare

A very beautiful via ferrata, equipped tip top, suitable for beginners but where experienced ferratists will have fun. It runs along the Fare waterfall and joins a pretty plateau through beautiful rock on 2 routes: the "Cascade" and the "Passerelles"!

– All the via ferrata in France, Libris editions.

Access: arrive at La Villette (1 km later) Vaujany village) park in the car park at the entrance. After a 30-minute walk towards the Fare waterfall, the site is signposted on the left of the path.

The "Cascade", a sporty route, goes off to the right and runs along the beautiful Fare waterfall. The "Passerelles", an easier route, stays on the left and takes two footbridges before reaching the top of the Cascade route, but even the most athletic will appreciate the 2 beautiful footbridges on the "easy" route!
The two join for the last common section. Reach the parking lot in 1h30 of walking.
