2 wheels will flourish in this secure space, far from the exhaust pipes, along an emerald lake in the heart of Oisans.
The greenway called Via Chambon is open to walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers, etc.

The Via Chambon will delight young and old in the summer: it winds the side of the mountain, perched on the left bank above Lake Chambon with breathtaking views.

Cyclist friends, here is the opportunity to connect Isère and Hautes-Alpes in the company of other users, without the stress of cars!
Don't miss this chance to avoid the departmental road to head towards the Lautaret and Galibier passes.

For a family outing, take the time to stop along the greenway to enjoy the belvedere in the Epéron sector which offers a unique panorama of Lake Chambon.

The greenway is a secure space reserved exclusively for the movement of cycles, pedestrians, horse riders, etc. To the exclusion of motorized vehicles.

Respect the surrounding facilities and natural spaces.
Do not throw your waste outside the areas reserved for this purpose.
Respect the highway code and remain vigilant near intersections.

Location details

Two car parks located respectively near the dam on the Montée des 2 Alpes side allow you to park your vehicle and reach a pedestrian path which provides access to the greenway.

The Chambon dam site is also served by the Grenoble – bus line Les 2 Alpes
